A public sector organization is looking an experienced, analytical, results driven ERP Specialist to lead the end-to-end implementation, oversight and post-deployment optimization of ERP system in a technologically challenging environment.
1. ERP CONSULTANT Closing Date: 13-September-2026
Pay Package: Contractual post with negotiable competitive package
Qualification:
Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or Finance/Accounting.
Certification:
Relevant certifications in ERP Softwares.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant Experience
- Proven experience in full-lifecycle ERP implementations within manufacturing, industrial environment
- Expertise in process mapping, workflow design, internal controls and data analytics.
General Instructions:
- Process Assessment & Gape Analysis:
Conduct a comprehensive assessment of existing process to identify gaps, inefficiencies and control weaknesses.
- ERP Design & System Integration:
Implement an ERP-based model that integrates sales, procurement, production, inventory management and financial / costing systems.
- Real-Time Data & Business Intelligence:
Guide in development of real-time dashboards and analytical tools to monitor Cost trends, Procurement efficiency and Resource utilization.
- Continuous Optimization & Reporting:
Identify inefficiencies and process bottlenecks through data analysis and recommend corrective actions.

Qualification:

General Instructions:
